I am Dhruba Biswas, 34 years old, a seasoned web and graphic designer with 15 years of experience in creating user-friendly digital experiences.

I have started my freelancing career from 2009. My expertise spans social media post design, especially for hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, pubs, cafes, and more, providing creative solutions that align with my clients' business goals.

Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established businesses, helping them elevate their digital presence through impactful design.

WORKING TIME & HOLIDAYS

Standard Working Hours

My standard working hours are from 10AM to 10PM, Monday to Saturday.

Response Time

I aim to respond to emails and messages within 24-48 hours during business days.

Weekends and Holidays

I am typically unavailable on Sunday and public holidays. Any work required during these times will be considered overtime and may incur additional fees.

Urgent Work

Urgent work will be done only in standard working hours.

Festival Work

Festival-related posts should be planned at least one week in advance, not on the same day.
RULES
  1. Most of the time, I am unable to take phone calls, so please send me a message on WhatsApp.
  2. Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment, etc., after completing the work. No advance payment required.
  3. The project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be discussed and may incur extra charges.
  4. Timelines for project completion will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or feedback may affect the delivery date.
  5. The client must provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  6. Final designs will be the property of the client upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
  7. Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in the project must be licensed appropriately, and the cost will be covered by the client.
  8. Preferred methods of communication include email, phone calls, and WhatsApp. All major decisions and approvals should be confirmed in writing.
  9. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
  10. I am not liable for any losses or damages caused by the use of my designs once they have been approved and delivered.
  11. After the initial artwork is sent for approval, please check all spelling and content carefully. Once approved and posted or printed, I am not liable for any errors.
  12. Please arrange for a backup designer to handle emergencies when I am unavailable.
  13. By engaging in my services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
