RULES
1. Clearly define the scope of the project in a written agreement before starting. Any additional work beyond the original scope will require a separate agreement and additional fees.
2. Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment, etc after completeing the work. No advance payment required.
3. The project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be.
4. Timelines for project completion will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. Delays caused by client’s lack of communication or feedback may affect the delivery date.
5. The client must provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
6. Final designs will be the property of the client upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in the project must be licensed appropriately, and the cost will be covered by the client.
8. Preferred methods of communication include email, phone calls, WhatsApp. All major decisions and approvals should be confirmed in writing.
9. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
10. I am not liable for any losses or damages caused by the use of my designs once they have been approved and delivered.
11. After the initial artwork is sent for approval, please check all spelling and content carefully. Once approved and posted or printed, I am not liable for any errors.
12. By engaging in my services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
